vibration motors.

Our electric and pneumatic vibration motors cover and replace a wide range of models for all types of work operations.

Electric vibrators.

Our electric and pneumatic vibrators can be used on feeders, mounted in downspouts where there are often challenges with a lot of current. They can be controlled with frequency converters and / or with a time relay.

Our standard electric vibrators are ATEX II 2D certified for explosive dust atmospheres and can be supplied on request approved for use in explosive atmospheres for ATEX II 2G gases.

The range of electric vibrators offered can be operated with voltages of 220V, 400V or 690V, for frequencies of 50 or 60 Hz (depending on needs), and covers the entire range of centrifugal forces. Adjustment of the forces transmitted by the vibrator to the feeder or downcomer can be done with mechanical adjustment of the eccentric weights in the vibrator itself, in addition to frequency converters.

Goman Bakery
Goman Bakeriet is Norway's second largest bakery chain and currently supplies fresh bread and baked goods to approximately 70% of Coop Norge's stores. Production runs almost 24/7, at least 20 of the 24 hours a day, and the use of conveyor belts to keep operations running is extensive. It is also critical if something breaks and production stops. Aanestad Service has supplied conveyors and conveyor belts to the facilities for many years. We are also on the alert with our 24/7 service, which is especially important for this type of business.
