Rubber ring.

Rubber lining has been one of the cornerstones of Aanestad Service since the company was founded in 1986.

Rubber coating of wear parts to significantly increase service life.

We have the expertise and equipment to rubberize tanks, pipes and bends down to 100mm inside.

Rubber lining of process pipes.

Rubberizing slurry pipes and other components in a wet process extends their service life up to 15 times. Pipes that pump abrasive materials are rubberized with abrasion-resistant rubber, which is oil-resistant.

Rubber coating of wear points in processing plants.

Wear points can be very resource-intensive in terms of maintenance. Since all rubber has different properties, we choose the type of rubber that gives you the best result.

Rubberizing is usually carried out at our workshop in Forus, but we can also rubberize at your location if you wish.

Goman Bakery
Goman Bakeriet is Norway's second largest bakery chain and currently supplies fresh bread and baked goods to approximately 70% of Coop Norge's stores. Production runs almost 24/7, at least 20 of the 24 hours a day, and the use of conveyor belts to keep operations running is extensive. It is also critical if something breaks and production stops. Aanestad Service has supplied conveyors and conveyor belts to the facilities for many years. We are also on the alert with our 24/7 service, which is especially important for this type of business.
