Screen cloths.

Screens and screen cloths are delivered and adapted to your machines and quality requirements.

Screen cloths from the Screen Cloth Factory.

Screen fabrics in the rubber/plastic combination are also a standard range and are supplied in a number of versions.

The sieve cloth factory supplies all types of sieve cloths in spring steel. They can also supply stainless steel cloths if desired.

Self-supporting rubber screens are available in various designs. These are specially adapted for screening coarse materials. The cast steel frame and high-quality rubber provide a long service life. Such self-supporting rubber screens can be supplied with cast overflow strips.

When screening coarse materials, it is economical to use rubber cloth instead of steel cloth due to its very high mechanical wear resistance. We recommend increasing the mesh size by 3-10 millimeters depending on the size of the material to be screened and the thickness of the rubber cloth.

Pre-tensioned rubber sheet.

Rubber cloth with tension seam can be adapted to most screening machines with tensioning systems. These are manufactured from high-quality rubber with a cord core for long service life.

Bivitec cloths are special cloths for difficult masses. These are flexible and throw the mass during the fractionation process to improve separation.
The fabrics are delivered in 40-90 Shore material quality.

For special production lines or when handling difficult masses, we may have the solution for you · Together with our subcontractors, we have extensive experience in tailoring solutions that work in cases where woven spring steel screen mesh is not appropriate. In many cases, finding the right solution can lead to increased profitability.

Our goal is to provide you as a customer with good service and high quality products!
