Drum coating.
Drum coating can be done with a variety of different materials.
Weldable ceramic elements have become very popular in recent years. To surface treatment For drums, we use wear rubber with grip and rubber ceramics. We also perform rubber coating of drums that are in environments exposed to oil and chemicals.
FLEXCO ceramic is the ceramic that provides the best grip on the belt and the longest life for the drum.
It is available in custom tile sizes. We can install weldable ceramic elements on drums that are outside the processing plant and/or add ceramics to new drums before they are put into service.
Wear coating.
Wear linings in rubber or plain ceramic are used to increase the life of the drum.
Ceramics for wear points.
Alotec 92 is by far the best ceramic against wear points in abrasive processes such as screen chutes, chutes and transfer points. Alotec 92 is the best and most proven ceramic on the market today, and is available in several dimensions and thicknesses.

Alotec 92 can be mounted directly on the structure or on bolted modular steel plates that are easily replaceable at the next opportunity. Alotec 92 is also available cast in rubber or PU on modular steel plates.
