Goman Bakery
Goman Bakeriet is Norway's second largest bakery chain and currently supplies fresh bread and baked goods to approximately 70% of Coop Norge's stores. Production runs almost 24/7, at least 20 of the 24 hours a day, and the use of conveyor belts to keep operations running is extensive. It is also critical if something breaks and production stops.
