The basic idea for modular conveyor belts is based on simplicity and functionality.

Simple design to speed up and simplify assembly, mobility and with a view to reduced necessity of maintenance – thus saving money. Functionality and standardization of the components provide low maintenance costs also in the long term.

Condition monitoring of production equipment.

Aanestad Service performs condition checks on process equipment for customers who want fresh objective eyes to check it regularly. During the condition check, all errors and deficiencies are documented with severity and a recommendation for action.

Modular system by MAQUIARIDOS.

Maquaridos has developed a modular system that makes the conveyor incredibly versatile and functional to meet your requirements and needs for the conveyor.

MAQUIARIDOS manufactures modules in various lengths from 0.33m to 12m modules. This provides flexibility in terms of the length of the conveyor even in a modular construction system.

When the need for use of the conveyor changes, the Modular System makes the change in needs easy with regard to rebuilding a Maqconveyor.

You can equip the conveyor with a whole range of accessories such as maintenance walkways, service platforms, supports, transfer boxes, cover plates, discharges, etc.

If you have a MAQconveyor and a changed need for its use, you can build on the desired equipment using only bolts and nuts without welding or burning in the construction. All hole patterns and fastenings are already in place in the construction. Ingenious and flexible!

Opportunities with MAQUIARIDOS.

If you want changes such as a shorter or longer conveyor, simply add or remove a section of the modular system.

If you want to add, for example, walkways, discharge chute, rotation sensor, service platform, support or cover to a conveyor that is already in use, the conveyor modules already have hole patterns and attachment points for this. You do not have to replace the entire conveyor.
